Topic: Fishing for false albacore
Captain Bobby Brewer is the owner of Baldheaded Bobby Guide Service, based in Oriental NC, and a member of Fly Fishers International Southeast Council board of directors. As a guide he specializes in inshore and nearshore fishing in coastal North Carolina. In addition, he coordinates trip to various locations: Cuba, Canada, Montana, the Everglades, etc. His responsibility on the FFI board is coordinating joint fishing experiences, Fishing the Waters of the SEC, for the member clubs. To date in 2023 the SEC has sponsored an event in Brevard NC and Cody Wyoming. The next event will be in Morehead City NC, November 10-12, primarily targeting false albacore. The presentation on Wednesday night will be about this trip and false albacore.
